The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or exchange the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This does not apply to custom-made goods according to the buyer's instructions.
Returned goods must be intact, in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
To make a return, print and complete the returns form available on our website, attach the form to the returned goods, and send it to: Codeake sp. z o.o. Sp. z o.o., ul. Chodkiewicza 9/4, 31-532 Kraków. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Please notify us of the return by email, sending the shipping bill number and courier company number to biuro@bezdotykowa.pl.
Upon receipt of the return, we will prepare the appropriate documents within 14 days and process the refund according to the attached form.
Refund of the invoice payment is subject to our receipt of a certified copy of the invoice correction along with confirmation of its receipt date.
